How orders are handled
Products are sourced through established manufacturing and electronics supply chains in mainland China and Hong Kong. Every unit is checked before dispatch. When you choose a hand-assembled option, assembly and functional testing are completed before the parcel is prepared.
Our first release is a compact 35W, 40kHz ultrasonic cutter available as a DIY core kit or a hand-assembled, tested tool. More workshop tools will be added only when the configuration and support information are ready.
