This policy explains how MakerPicked handles personal information when you browse the site, place an order, apply to the affiliate program, or contact us.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, order contents, account details, affiliate application information, customer notes, IP address, browser/device information, and messages or media you send for support.
How we use information
We use information to operate checkout, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide support, administer affiliate tracking and payouts, meet legal or tax obligations, improve site reliability, and communicate about a transaction or application.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal and payment methods made available through PayPal. MakerPicked does not ask you to send card numbers or PayPal credentials by email or order note. PayPal processes payment data under its own privacy terms.
Order alerts and service providers
To respond quickly, limited order details are sent to a private merchant Telegram chat when an order is placed or its payment status changes. We also use hosting, email, shipping, security, analytics or operational providers where needed to run the store. They receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.
Cookies
WooCommerce uses essential cookies for carts, checkout, account access, and security. Affiliate referral cookies may store attribution for the stated tracking window. PayPal and other embedded payment features may set their own cookies where available.
Retention and security
We retain order, accounting, and affiliate records as required for business, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the Contact page. Some records must be retained where law requires.
International processing
Because we sell and ship internationally, information may be processed in Hong Kong and in countries where payment, hosting, messaging, delivery, or support providers operate.

Analytics
With your permission, MakerPicked uses Google Analytics to understand visits and shopping activity such as product views, carts, checkout starts and completed orders. Analytics is not loaded until you accept it in the consent notice. You can reject it without affecting checkout.
