Where do orders ship from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from Hong Kong. Select your destination at cart or checkout to see the shipping charge before payment.
Is the ultrasonic cutter in immediate stock?
It is offered on a made-to-order basis. We normally need 7–10 days to source, assemble where selected, test, and prepare the parcel before international dispatch. Severe weather, transport disruption, or supplier delays can extend this window.
What is the difference between the two package options?
The DIY Core Kit is supplied as parts for customers who want to complete their own build. The Hand-Assembled & Tested option includes our assembly work and functional test. This current product is the no-fan version.
Which blades can I choose?
Choose a flat-end blade or an angled blade with an edge of approximately 30 degrees. The selected blade, buttons, screws, and a USB-style power-only lead are included.
What power supply should I use?
The cutter supports 5–9V DC and must never be operated above 9V. For most small personal DIY work, 5V is sufficient. Operation near 9V increases heat and requires suitable cooling and careful monitoring. A wall adapter is not promised unless explicitly listed in the selected package.
Can it cut 3–5mm material?
It can work effectively on many common craft materials in that range, but results depend on material composition, density, blade choice, feed speed, and technique. Test scrap material first and do not treat the thickness figure as a guarantee for every material.
How are returns handled?
Every unit is tested before dispatch. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us promptly with photos or video so we can offer troubleshooting, parts, replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Non-defective returns are limited because international returns are costly, but mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply. See the Shipping and Returns policy.
How does the affiliate program work?
Approved affiliates can earn on attributable merchandise sales. A limited sponsor commission may also apply to sales made by an affiliate they directly referred. There is no payment merely for recruiting, and there is no third level. See the Affiliate Program Terms.
