These terms apply to purchases from MakerPicked. By placing an order, you agree to the product description, price, shipping charge, preparation time, and policies shown at checkout.
Products and configurations
Choose options carefully. Photos may include real product views, component views, and clearly disclosed concept images used to show enclosure or colour possibilities. Small changes in finish, hardware, or packaging may occur without reducing the stated function. A proposed material substitution that changes function will require customer approval.
Made-to-order preparation
The ultrasonic cutter is prepared to order. Normal sourcing, optional assembly, testing, and parcel preparation take about 7–10 days before international dispatch. Severe weather, supplier disruption, customs, or transport events may cause reasonable delays. We will contact you if a material delay or unavailable configuration requires a decision.
Safe use
Ultrasonic cutters are sharp powered tools. Users must wear suitable eye protection, keep hands clear of the blade, secure the workpiece, provide ventilation appropriate to the material, and keep the tool away from children. Do not cut unknown, toxic, pressurised, live electrical, or flammable materials. The current cutter accepts 5–9V DC only and must never exceed 9V. Higher-voltage operation increases heat and requires suitable cooling.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through PayPal and supported PayPal payment options displayed for your country and device. An order is accepted when checkout completes, but we may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, fraud risk, prohibited destination, or product unavailability.
Shipping, tax, and import charges
Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are shown in our Shipping and Returns policy. Unless checkout expressly states that duties or taxes are included, international shipments are sent on a duties-unpaid basis and the recipient is responsible for import VAT, duty, brokerage, or local handling charges.
Returns, defects, and cancellations
Contact us before returning anything. Non-defective international returns may be restricted or require the customer to pay return shipping where law allows. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including applicable UK or EU distance-selling rights. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled according to the Shipping and Returns policy.
Liability
Products must be used only for lawful purposes and within the published limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakerPicked is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe materials, incorrect assembly, unsuitable power, operation above stated limits, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow safety instructions. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
