Free-shipping thresholds are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Free shipping uses our standard tracked service. Faster courier upgrades, remote-area surcharges, unusually heavy or oversized orders, and destinations not listed above require a separate quote before payment.
Delivery, tracking and dispatch
We provide a tracking number after dispatch. Delivery time varies by destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather and local delivery conditions. An estimated dispatch and delivery window will be shown or confirmed for each stocked product before payment. Pre-order, sourced and customized items may have a separate lead time, which will be disclosed on the product page.
Import tax and customs
Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, prices are DAP: import VAT, customs duty, brokerage and other destination-country charges are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not under-declare the value or describe merchandise as a gift. Accurate product descriptions and electronic customs information will be supplied.
United States orders use a tracked commercial carrier route because Hongkong Post currently restricts postal acceptance of merchandise sent to the United States. The displayed US shipping charge is therefore separate from any import duty, tariff or brokerage that may be assessed.
Damage, missing items and returns
Every ultrasonic cutter is assembled as ordered where applicable, powered on and function-tested before dispatch. This quality-control step reduces avoidable faults but does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. For the fastest resolution, report visible damage, missing parts or an incorrect item within seven days, with the order number, packaging photos and clear product photos. We will assess repair, replacement, parts shipment or refund as appropriate, and we cover reasonable return shipping for a confirmed defect where required.
International change-of-mind returns are expensive and create avoidable shipping and customs costs. Where local law does not provide a withdrawal right, non-defective change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Where applicable law does provide a cancellation or withdrawal period, that right remains available. Unless the item is defective or local law says otherwise, the customer must obtain return instructions first, keep the item and accessories in suitable condition, and pay the tracked return postage. Any refund of original standard delivery charges will be handled as required by the applicable law. Use beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the product may reduce the refund where the law permits.
